
Nice British 28 gauge side-by-sides are hard to find. So when I saw this one by John Wilkes, I had to check it out. It’s special for a couple reasons: First there’s the 28″ barrels. Then there’s the longish stock (14 1/2″ LOP over a leather pad). Coming in third is the shotgun’s beautiful wood and excellent overall condition.
