OK, here’s Parker double barrel shotgun that’s not for beginners. It’s coming up tomorrow at Bill Hood and Sons Art & Antique Auctions in Delray Beach, FL. I’m not sure if it’s a BH or a CH grade, or if it’s a 12 gauge or something else. It looks like it have characteristics of each grade, and the pics are too lousy to know for sure. Here’s what the auctioneer told me about it:
“Lot 232. the shot gun with the barrel that it attached Is serial #90681 and is 22”long. The extra barrel is ss# 99135 and is 26”long. the gun has a few issues . The plate on the but end that says parker is broken and piece is missing. All so some minor rust, also where the barrel meets the wood above the trigger area there seems to be two holes that have been filled that’s on either side of the lever that opens the barrel.”
They have the gun listed as a 12 gauge and the extra barrels as 20 gauges. Overall, it’s very buyer beware.
