I have lots of dream doubles, One of them is an original W.W. Greener G-gun. When I saw the one shown here on Griffin & Howe’s website, my heart jumped.
Greener’s Self-Acting Ejector shotguns were some of the finest side-by-sides to ever come out of the UK. This 12 gauge G-60 Royal grade was made in 1907. It has 30″ barrels with original 3″ chambers and heavy proofs. The G60 was a best-quality gun, and it was made by W.W. Greener’s finest gunmakers. In it’s day, this one cost around £63. That was a ton of money, and whoever bought this gun could have paid around the same for a Purdey or Holland & Holland Royal.
