Parker Brothers Double Barrel Shotgun, 1883 Vintage, 12 Gauge: Here is a classy looking Parker Brothers Double Barrel Hammer gun.  This 1883 vintage double is fitted with 30-inch damascus barrels, checkered walnut forearm, checkered walnut pistol gripped stock with a steel butt-plate and hard rubber grip cap, double triggers, color case-hardened hammers, receiver and side-locks, most metal parts are lightly engraved, and 12 Gauge chambered.  The gun is in excellent original condition, with attractively figured barrels, and the hammers, receiver, and side-locks retain 60% of their original color case-hardened finish, with most loss on the receiver.  The stock and forearm are in fine condition, retaining most all of their finishes, with the left side of stock having a crack at the lower butt-plate screw.  The trigger guard and butt-plate retain 50% of their original blue finishes.  The bores are bright, with only a couple of small corrosion spots, and no dents.  The action is tight and functions perfectly.  A truly elegant vintage shotgun. Parker VHE 20ga 0 frame factory 28-inch barrels Ejectors Double Trigger Original Case Perfect bores 1930: We are proud to bring you this listing for this mostly original condition Parker Brothers VHE 20 gauge shotgun on an “0” frame.  This was originally manufactured in 1930.  The shotgun features a set of factory 28 inch Vulcan Steel barrels with perfectly bright and shiny bores.  The finish on the barrels display some thinning and older rust spots that have been removed but not cold blued.  It displays factory automatic ejectors and 2.75-inch chambers.  It is equipped with double triggers.  The receiver still displays the factory case color with 85% coverage.  The stock has been cut one time in its life and a 2-inch piece of wood has been professionally fitted where it was cut.  The length of pull is 14.25 inches with a drop at the comb of 1.5 to 2 ¾ inches at the heel.  Neutral cast.  Total weight 6.08lbs total weight.
