Excellent Pre-War JP Sauer ( Berlin) Clamshell Double Rifle in 9.3x74R: Pre-war gun made in Berlin in excellent condition in Caliber 9.3x74R. 25″ barrel with perfect bores, express sights and ramped front sight. Comes with claw mounts and a leupold 1.5-5X scope. Both barrels and the action are marked “JP Sauer and Sohn, Berlin”. Has a nice horn insert in the forearm tip. Nice wood with an even finish. Clean checkering too. Oval is engraved with a “B”. It has a nice cartridge trap for four cartridges. Horn buttplate. Some remaining case color on the action too. SN is 3657. Price: $11,500

Pre-War JP Sauer Grade 40 SXS 12 ga: Very nice Grade 40 in 12 ga; barrels are 28″ long and without any issues. Left bore is choked IM and the right is choked IC. 2 3/4″ chambers, barrel flats/ water table are marked “PRUSSIA”. Single bead on a nicely machined rib. Both bores are very shiny. Action is scalloped and fenced, and with beautiful full coverage engraving. (I’m waiting to hear from Hendrick, in Germany, about the gun.) Photos are accurate, leather covered pad. LOP is 14 3/4″ and the DAC is 1 1/2″. DAH is 3″. No cracks, splits or gouges to the wood and no pitting or rust anywhere on the gun. This is a very handsome piece! Price: $7,500
