barrels with a rib extension plus third bite, London proved at 75 cordite & 480 grain bullet, The barrels with 1/4 rib with 1 standing & 2 folding rear sights, Bushed strikers, Double triggers, An extended top strap over the comb, Trapdoor grip cap, Shadowline cheekpiece, Very nice wood, 14 3/8″ L.O.P. over a 1″ Silvers pad, Cast-off for the right hand, 10 lbs. 14 oz., Complete border engraving coverage, Traces of original case colors, The barrels were reblacked and now remain at 94%, The buttstock professionally refinished and now at 95%, The original checkering remains at 94%, The wood is in excellent condition and remains very stout inside & out including the inletting, Another strong point to this gun is the bores that are excellent plus with sharp rifling the entire way, Recently J.J. Perodeau in our shop added a left hand stock without any alteration to the original configuration or the original stock, New stock is 15 1/8″ lop, In other words it is a right or left hand gun, This is a doggone nice double rifle with a bunch of life left in it. It is cased in a very nice period brass cornered leather trunk with a lot of accessories. J.J. also fit a red dot optic sight into the open sight dovetail without alteration to the gun. This 465 is very accurate with IMR 3031 powder. Here is a very solid rifle with excellent bores that is very mechanically sound and ready for many more trips to the field. Price: $38,000

Parker DHE 16 Gauge SxS Shotgun – 30″, ALL FACTORY FINISHES SKELETON BUTTYear 1924, 7lbs 2oz, SxS, SN #206615 In the world of vintage American shotguns, Parker reigns supreme.  Parker Gun Collectors Association is unquestionably the longest standing, best organized of the collector’s associations focusing on double shotguns, Parker has the most recognizable name, and Parker in fact made some of Americas finest shotguns.  Most agree that the DH Grade is the first grade to show fine engraving with game scenes, well figured wood with drop points and fancy checkering, fine Titanic steel barrels, and that highly desirable Parker Skeleton butt plate…the features that bring pride with owning a fine Parker shotgun.  They made only 1178 DH Grade Parkers in 16ga., only  600 or so had ejectors, and only 303 had long, graceful 30” barrels.  This fine Parker, SN206615 made in 1924, is one of the 303 made.  With nice figure in its walnut stocks, perfect wood to metal fit, excellent screws, clear sharp engraving, strong well-timed ejectors, 30″ Titanic Steel barrels, excellent mechanics and shooting dimensions, it is the perfect upland bird and vintage clays gun.  FINDING FACTORY ORIGINAL PARKER GUNS IS GETTING HARDER EACH DAY.  For those of you that want them UNTOUCHED, this is your gun!  There are few left that still retain the original Skeleton Butt Plate!  The 35% factory case colors are clean and vivid.  The factory blue is 93%.  The wood is gorgeous without a crack or repair anywhere, with excellent checkering. This Parker is in top condition and priced to be an affordable, highly engraved, collector quality treasure for your shooting pleasures.  A fine Parker for now and generations to come. Price: $11,950
